The Sherman Preschool in Moro is a licensed Oregon Head Start Combination program serving 3 to 5 year olds and their families. The program nurtures and encourages social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth and development of the child. The curriculum fosters the development of ethnic pride, enhances individual strengths and develops skills in social relations. The non-profit organization’s program is operated by the board of directors and staff and involves parent participation in the classroom.
